TINY EAGLES

(ages 4-6)

Monday and Wednesday
from 3:45 - 4:25 PM

The Tiny Eagles class is an age-specific program that teaches young children karate, and valuable life skills like respect, self-discipline, and focus while promoting good physical health. They learn proper technique, form, and dojo etiquette, setting a solid foundation for their martial arts journey.

YOUNG EAGLES

(ages 6 and up)

Monday - Friday
from 4:30 - 5:15 PM

The Young Eagles class focuses on fundamental, age-appropriate lessons and instills essential life skills such as good manners, ultimate focus, and self-discipline. Positive feedback from instructors and rank advancement help students develop self-confidence. This class takes advantage of the longer attention span of this age group to enhance their form and technique.

BLACK BELT CLUB 1

(Orange to Green Belt students)

Monday - Thursday
from 5:30 - 6:15 PM

Young Eagles students who enjoy karate and display respect, ultimate focus, and self-discipline are invited to join the Black Belt Club (BBC). In the BBC1 class, students refine their forms and build a solid foundation. They concentrate on long forms (kata), sparring (kumite), self-defense, ground defense (jiu jitsu), and weapons (kobudo). BBC1 students can take part in tournaments that foster both self-confidence and humility. The class offers a unique experience that builds upon fundamentals learned in the Young Eagles class.

BLACK BELT CLUB 2

(Purple to Black Belt students)

Monday - Thursday
from 6:30 - 7:15 PM

After earning their purple belt, BBC1 students progress to the BBC2 class. These students have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their training by being positive role models for other students and displaying Ultimate Focus.

ADULTS AND TEENS

(ages 13 and up)

Monday: 7:30 - 8:30 PM
Thursday: 7:30 - 8:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 - 10:30 AM

The adult and teen class is for students of all levels - beginner to black belt - over the age of 13 who wish to start or continue their martial arts training. Whether the goal is to get physically fit, learn self-defense, build self-confidence, or all of the above, this class will get students moving and help them learn to achieve goals in all areas of life. Building strong fundamentals is one of the most important elements of a good martial arts education. The adult and teen class is designed to help students learn and improve specific basic principles of our Shuri-Ryu style.

ELITE CLASS

(by invitation)

Friday: 5:30 - 7:00 PM

Students who show a strong commitment to their martial arts training and demonstrate the desire, discipline, and work ethic to push themselves further may be invited to join the Elite Class. This class provides an opportunity for dedicated students to refine their skills, challenge themselves, and take their training to the next level.

TRAINING SEMINARS

Various times throughout the year

We hold intensive training seminars that focus on specific areas of martial arts such as tournament preparation, kata presentation, weapons, and point sparring. These seminars are held at various times throughout the year, and dates are generally announced two to three weeks ahead of time.
