Mountain Eagle Karate Academy (MEKA) was founded by owners and Chief Instructors Mark and Anna Gorman in 2001, and has helped hundreds of students improve their lives in countless ways.
Martial arts is about so much more than "punching and kicking". It’s about learning to become the best version of yourself. Every class is packed with lessons on character development that can stay with you for a lifetime.
Our classes teach students how to improve focus, challenge themselves, set and achieve goals through self-discipline, and much more. You will start to see changes within yourself, and those changes will boost your self-confidence in ways you might never have imagined.
